Horrible company

Horrible company. Allowed me to buy contacts and charge my card, then emailed that they were back ordered, then still holding my charge - are still showing as being set for delivery tomorrow. They aren’t.

SLOW to ship

This is the second time it has taken them more than a week to ship my contact lens order. No product could be easier to pack and ship and yet it takes them a full week to get these out. It's infuriating. Other online lens retailers are much faster, so I won't be using Discount Contact Lenses again.

Awful company

Awful company. Charged me before they processed my order which they refused to fill because the brand of contacts wasn't written on my prescription. Asinine. It always gets me when a company is against customer service and making money. I ordered from Cheap As Contacts with no issues and they were cheaper. Now just waiting for my refund from these dopes.

What a horrible website design.

Your app looks better than the mobile website. The mobile website lacks 99% functionality compared to the physical website for a computer. This website/service sucks, the only reason I use it is for the savings, but honestly it doesn't even seem worth it to me. This is like trash-city when it comes to a website. I've seen scams with better websites than this.

Theiving *****. Paid for next day delivery, and it's been 3 days. Contacted customer service, and they claimed the message was blank. Replied, again, and now I'm getting a response claiming the email address on their website is no longer functional.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING - READ FIRST.

i placed an order feb 16th. it says when i order it should come between the 23rd-26th. it’s the 25th of feb and i WILL NOT be receiving these lenses anytime soon. WHY? this website allows you to buy lenses that they know full well is NOT in stock and yet still give you an ETA. is this not lying/misleading your customers? when am i getting my lenses?
well this company emails me to tell me “we don’t have your lenses, wait 14-30 BUSINESS DAYS until we receive it and then wait a little longer while we ship.” ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. i paid good money to receive something that is a NECESSITY to my life and i’m probably going to receive by the end of march/early april? don’t bother talking customer services because the person i encountered DEBBIE was about as helpful as an inflatable dartboard.

Which countries *do* you deliver to? Make up your mind

if you don't deliver to x country, don't offer the country on your website.

I tried the website twice one year apart and the issue wasn't fixed in that time.

if you can take my money you can update your website to apply to the relevant countries. yes it was simple to get a refund, but no I shouldn't have to ask

Also, the original invoice included a shipping fee, despite the total being well into the free-shipping over-this-price-point. Glad I got the refund and didn't have to negotiate that too.

HORRIBLE I was supposed to receive my contacts in August and now they say I'm getting them in approx. 7 business days. Never going to use again and will never recommend this website.

Great price, but be prepared to wait

If you have a prescription that is the LEAST bit out of the ordinary (mine is strong, because I'm very myopic), expect to wait extra time, because they won't have them in stock. And then be aware that, even though they've been delayed, they will still send them snail mail through USPS. I'm still waiting for my contacts, two weeks after ordering them. Thank heavens I have glasses I can wear...
